Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange the item under the following conditions:

Returns:

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused, with tags attached.
• To initiate a return, contact us at support@onlite.xyz with your order number.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.
• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
